The intelligent microcomputer monitoring motor protector is suitable for AC380V and AC660V low-voltage systems, serving as a new generation of intelligent comprehensive device for the protection, monitoring, and control of low-voltage asynchronous motors and increased safety motors. In addition to advanced motor protection and monitoring functions, it also provides important information such as equipment operation and tripping records, as well as rated parameters. It adopts a fieldbus structure, which brings great convenience to modern equipment management; Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, coal, light industry, textile, etc.

2、 Protection features
▲ Startup protection: During the startup time, overcurrent does not provide protection, only for phase failure, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, three-phase imbalance, and timeout startup.
▲ Overvoltage protection: Operates within 6 seconds when the operating voltage exceeds the set value. (The default output is 260V) A undervoltage protection: It will activate within 6 seconds when the operating voltage is lower than the set value. (The default production voltage is 180V)
▲ Phase failure protection: When any phase disconnects the power supply, the action time is ≤ 2.0s.
▲ Locked rotor protection: When the working current reaches a multiple of the set current value, the action time is ≤ 2.0s.
▲ Unbalance protection: When the difference in current values between any two phases reaches the set percentage value, the action time is ≤ 2.0s.
▲ Undercurrent protection: When the working current is continuously lower than the set undercurrent threshold, the action time is ≤ 10s.
▲ Leakage protection: When the zero sequence transformer detects that the leakage current value reaches the set value, it will operate within ≤ 1 second. (Factory default is "1")
▲ Short circuit protection: When the short-circuit current reaches more than 5 times the set leakage current, the action time is ≤ 2.0s. (No need to set)
▲ Overcurrent protection: The action time of overcurrent protection is inverse time limit protection or quick break protection.
3、 Technical data
▲ Call auto start: Protectors with this function require the user to set the auto start time, at which point the motor cannot communicate to start. (Factory default is "0" to disable the function, optional function when ordering)
▲ Start timeout protection: When the current is still greater than the overload current set value after the start time delay ends, it is judged as start timeout protection. (Factory default is 5s, 1-120s can be set)
▲ Contact capacity: AC220/5A、AC380V/3A、 The electrical lifespan is ≥ 105 times.
Contact characteristics: Contact J1 is normally closed and contact J2 is normally open. (Based on the wiring diagram of the casing)
▲ Allowable error: ± 5%
▲ Split display: Distance less than 500cm, standard configuration 100cm
▲ Setting function: Set protection parameters based on the normal operating current value of the motor.
▲ Ratio function: Protectors below 200A do not need to be equipped with transformers, while protectors above 200A need to be equipped with three standard 0.66 type current transformers with a transformation ratio of 5A, and the secondary line passes through our built-in transformers. For example, the 400A specification requires three 400A/5A current transformers.
▲ Communication Protocol: Supports in-house development of various communication protocols such as MODBUS. (Please specify when placing an order)
▲ Current output: Convert the average three-phase current to a DC4-20mA signal output.
4、 Setting, running, and fault indication
During operation, the A, B, and C phase current values are displayed in a loop, with each display lasting for 3 seconds. When the motor experiences overload, the overload indicator light flashes, and the larger the overload current multiple, the faster the overload light flashes until it trips. If the current returns to normal, the flicker will automatically disappear.
When a fault is detected and reaches the action time, a trip signal is issued, the corresponding fault indicator light is lit, and a fault code is displayed. When there is no self starting function, pressing the reset button to troubleshoot can automatically or manually start the motor; When there is a self starting function, the protector must be powered off for 30 seconds before it can be restarted.
After the work is stopped, press the shift key to check the fault record (1 is the latest fault), and press the data key to check the working time and cumulative running time of the motor each time.
